We are seeking a dedicated All Inclusive Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel planning, hospitality, and customer service. If you have a knack for sales and enjoy creating memorable travel experiences, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Research and recommend travel destinations, activities, and accommodations based on clients' preferences
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle booking confirmations, reservations, and cancellations efficiently
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices in the industry
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting travel packages and upselling services
